Thought better to ask this here.

If you listen to this (http://www.theage.com.au/travel/travel-news/this-is-your-captain-speaking--20101105-17gi1.html?from=smh_ft&autostart=1)video, am I right in thinking that these are two separate announcements made by two different crew members? The banner indicates the first is the captain, the second is a member of the cabin crew. Is that correct? If so, the media have got it wrong (an unlikely prospect, I recognise) because they are all broadcasting the second message as the captain's PA. Does anyone know?

So, no one knows the answer. Ah well, never mind.

I'm aware of the PPRuNe rule on no real names, but I must just say that Qantas A380 captain has possibly the best name ever!

could be either PF or PNF doing both PAs, or even one of the relief crews perhaps (lighten the workload for the 2 up front) or even a CC/IFM if SOPs permit.
