Typically, how many hours would a company require a new hirer SIC/First Officer to have in order to fly a Gulfstream II/III?

And out of curiosity, does anyone know the maximum weight capacity of the accessible GII/III baggage compartment?

Thanks

In the US today, you would about 5000 total and a 1000 on Gulfstreams, command time and a lunar landing would help. Just kidding about the lunar landing. Don't forget an inside contact to find out about the opening in the first place.

In europe most of the Gulfstream 11 and 111 have gone due to the Noise requirements even with the Cans on the Back.
Many are still in Africa though.
Its more about the insurance requirements etc.

VP-M Registered will need PIC do not recognize the SIC qualification I would say at a Minimum 1500 Hours ATP with at least 500 Hours jet as a guide line bare minimum anything less is somewhat going to raise questions.
However its not unknown for people with a few hundred hours to be in the Right seat of a Grumman.
