hi guys, need some advice

Will soon complete the CPL. Funds only enough for either ME/CIR or Instructor's rating.

With the airline hiring cycle now seems picking up, will you rather finish up with fATPL to hv a go for airline or get the instructor's rating to do it slowly...?

i know it's all about timing for this industry...it's really hard to decide, any advice? appreciated.

If you do the Instructor's rating do you actually want to be an instructor? If not, are you going to be a good one?

In future are you going to be able to afford to complete your CPL/IR, which is what you seem to want to do, having spent some time instructing?

After the ME/IR would you have enough money to self fund a type rating, if not then thats the decision made for you, as there are very, very few companies out there giving low hour pilots a job without self funding the rating.

The FIR is based on the old self improver route. Unless you want a career in GA, you're wasting your time going near it as the market has fundamentally changed.
