A cross between a U2 and a Canberra.... white with small US flag on the tail. Long drooping wings with 2 turbofan engines mounted forward of the wings. Appears to be a 2 man cockpit, forward and aft...

Any idea?

It looked impressive :)

It's been in and out of RAF Mildenhall several times in the last 2 or 3 years.
