Has Brussels Airlines made any decisions on replacing their RJ85/100 fleet?
Part of the answer (after 7 yrs :O )
Cityjet Sukhoi Superjet 100-95 (in Brussels Airlines colours) just landed at Brussels Airport - Luchtzak.be (http://www.luchtzak.be/airlines/brussels-airlines/cityjet-sukhoi-superjet-100-95-just-landed-brussels-airport/)
And first commercial SSJ100 flight for Brussels Airlines completed.

That just seems to be a one-off lease. Then again they might be evaluating the aircraft in respect to future fleet changes.
No, 3 in total will be wet leased on 2yr contracts and started operations today at BRU with :
EI-FWB (BRU-CPH)
EI-FWC (BRU-NCE) (BRU-BLQ)
