What would be the expected salary for F/O and Captain on a Global Express with a 15/15 schedule in Europe ?

There are big differences in Europe and I think anything is possible. I have heard of FOs being on 3-6K + per diem, CPs 9-13K + per diem. Lots of operators looking for Global crews so don't sell yourself short....
