Does anybody know wether TEA(test of english aviation) certification is recognized from the german LBA?

No, the German LBA only accepts ICAO language tests done in Germany. We did ours with Martin Rulffs (our Airlaw instructor at InterCockpit) - was something like €50 & we did it at the InterCockpit facilities at FRA airport.
Unfortunately there's no way round it, unless you want to transfer your license to Italy & then do it there. Probably the best solution long-term...
