Flight Instructor Course

Hey guys,

Where do you think would be the best place to do a JAA flight instructor course (anywhere in the world)?
And do you know which one tend to offer you a job once the FIC is done ?

I personally would try your local flying club, then get out by distance from home.
If they train you , then know you and more likely to offer you a job.
