Do you have a better chance of securing an airline job with FI experience rather than someone who has not?
A local flying school has stated that I am better off getting a FI rating after my CPL, rather than going straight for a IR and MCC. He says I have a better chance of securing a job with an airline.
However FI rating is another 6k min and due to budgets I wasn't going to get one.
What are people's experiences of this?
