This is to certify that XXXXXXXX has been checked by (CFI name) the under signed for Morse Code Signal Reception (6-8 words/min) competency and found satisfactory for the issuance of Instrument Rating Commercial Pilot’s License by the Director General of Civil Aviation, India.
Signature of the CFI and seal
copy paste the same on the Headed paper of flying school and will do your work
