Hey heard Spice has started paying the Fo`s during trg.And the salary structure has also been revised with add ons like night allowance and International flight allowances. How much of the Salary increment has been accepted by the Two Chief Pilots.:D

The word allowance in Sg is non existent. You get paid your salary with OT (if applicable) and you get the foreign travel expense of 80k FO/1.2l Capt.
If they start paying overnight allowances, with the kind of layover ridden sked we have, this place would go t*ts up in a week.

Salary Hike - Well the Chief Pilots and some top jocks would be happy accepting any salary hike; for themselves. Indeed, this seems to be the main focus, at least for one of them. And if the company doesn't give it to him, he takes it any way. With gross over logging and multi logging of simulator time, he has been raking in 2 to 3 times the take home of an average Captain. Looks like he has been following the example of Jack (the Ripper) who was booted out for just that.
