Engine problems further delays the "dreamliner". During a test flight at Roswell, New Mexico, the crew experienced a runaway engine from RR. This makes it 3 years delayed.

A surge is not a runaway engine! "Runaway engine" suggest an engine that goes to full power and cannot be throttled back. A surge is an event which is over VERY quickly.
