Qatar Airways asks for 2 Business Reference and 1 Personal.
Who would you put as references?
I was thinking on 1 friend and 2 previous employers (airlines)
Is this OK?

Well call me Sherlock Holmes but yes, when they ask for business reference, I think they want you to put your previous airline employers.
Personal reference can be anyone you like, but preferably a professional person in the aviation business, and if their name starts with "Captain" and if they work for a respectable airline, then it's even better.
I presume you have read the many-thousand-page thread in the ME forum explaining in great detail how to apply to QR?
