Have they phased out their one and oly 742? is it being replaced with A310F one of which is already flying for them.

Well yes, they have parked up the 742 but the A310 is hardly a replacement! Although you are correct as TC-SGM operated by Kuzu Cargo is in full SV colours:

Well yes, they have parked up the 742 Have they??? Last week it had no engines, this week it does!!

Replaced by Air Atlanta B744's. 1xA300 (increasing to 2), World Airways MD11 to be followed by B744 and of course their own 4x MD-11F's. (This includes the one that was rebuilt!)

Mutt, I talked to one of the MD-11 FO's today and he says maint/cargo dept are looking to farm out as much as possible and get rid of the MD's, any truth to that?

Kuzu was bought out and changed their name to ULS Airlines Cargo a little over a year ago. Nice to see they are still getting good contracts though..... :D

Poina, you know the way things go around here, but the short answer is no... cargo actually want the aircraft flying a lot more than present.

What happened to the new name Saudi Airlines Cargo, isnt it going to applied on aircraft?
