Ek Pilot Roadshow To Mexico And Colombia .

Since Mexicana is now grounded it may interest a lot of you in South America that the Emirates pilot roadshow is going to Mexico City this Sunday and will be in Bogata Colombia shortly thereafter . Its on their website .It is truely a shame to see a carrier with such history eventually collapse . Good luck .

thinking of attending the one @ bog, anyone knows what goes on at these shows?, maybe an interview? Any kind of tests given during the show, can anyone point me in the right direction, any help is appreciated.

To apply to Emirates, candidates must have a minimum of 4000 total and 2000 multi-crew, multi-engine jet hours; or a total of 2500 hours on a modern commercial jet aircraft, ICAO ATPL, ICAO English level (4 or above) and be current within the last 12 months.

I am a Mexicana´s pilot, I recieved yesterday a letter that I have been shortlisted and I have to travel to dubai on october 17th for the selection programme.

A lot of friends who send their aplication were also shortlisted.

Do you recomend me to assist to the Roadshow even if I am already shortlisted?

Don't worry about the interview in BOG. That will be more like a presentation rather than an assessment per se. Just let me know which date it is so I can call you before to give you some add. info.
