It is with deep regret that Chris Wilson passed away on Wednesday afternoon the 25th of August.Chris was the copilot of a commuter aircraft which was being flown in the DRC Congo. The aircraft crashed killing all but one on board. Some of you may know Chris from his days as a steward with Bmed. I would like to offer my condolences to all his family and friends.

Always sad to hear about the demise of a fellow Aviator ,would you know perchance if Chris was involved in Air Cadet Gliding many years ago ?

Yeah it's sad news indeed, I remember Chris from our BMed days, I wish his family and friends my condolences.

I am not sure I remember him.... was he the guy who used to be married to a woman from Azerbaijan?

Yes he used to be married to a girl from Azerbaijan.
Thats so sad, we lived together in malaga and we both trained as pilots.
i lost touch with him 3 years ago when he said he was moving to congo to fly.
i just googled his name and this came up.
he was a great guy
does anyone have his wifes tel no. she used to live in cheltenham.
