Im just after some insight into the Fokker 50 and Fokker 100.
Just wondering what they are like to fly and how they handle?
How do they rate against other similar type aircraft?

Fokker 100/70/F28 are all fine, especially at the front where it's very quiet. Flown the F50 with KLM but mainly Skyways in Sweden, still one of my favourite turbo props and a major advance over the F27.

Cannot speak for the F28 as I have never flown it, but Crusher 1 must be referring to the cabin and not the flightdeck. The flightdeck on both types was noisy because the air conditioning packs are located underneath. Having flown the DC9-32 before the F100/70, the difference was all to apparent.

Never flew the F50, my turboprop was the Dash 8 300.

Did 6 years on the F100 and loved it, even if it was a bit noisy (and most of that was the old crusty in the left hand seat saying how much better the DC9 was:ok:)
