Kamikaze pilot, in Japan they were looking for men like you. But you missed the boat by about 65 years.

Reebs and spkkell, wow, what informative info you two @ssholés are giving this chap. Very nice advice/comments from the two of you! If you don't know, or don't have any constructive advice, rather shut the fůck up!

kamikazi_pilot: Read the threads (http://www.pprune.org/african-aviation/411973-namibia-bots-malawi-q-2010-11-a.html) on Botswana and Namibia, I'm sure you'll find there what you're looking for. Don't give up looking for that flying job, regardless what some of these @ssholés post here.

Kamakazi...your best bet is to try and get into Nam or Bots and work your way up. At the moment there are guys looking for King Air positions and they have a lot more TT as well as time on type. Don't give up!!!!

Problem with buying a rating is that you still end up competing with hundreds of folks just like you. It just gets more expensive and you still don't get that command experience you would on SEP and MEP. Insane's got it right, I reckon...
