Ok,
I have been bored so I was pondering on the time zones my laptop has on the clock. A Question for all you guys which I really do not know the answer to this. Perhaps someone could answer this.
What is the difference between GMT-12 (International Date Line West) and GMT-11 (Coordinated Universal Time -11). We follow Zulu Time in Aviation - which one do we really follow if we are actually flying in that part of the world which I assume it would be ahhh....near Guam I guess?
There is a difference of an hour?
