if it is indeed the new iPlane, will the older pilots have to bring along their 7 & 8 year old grandchildren to show them how to operate it, and then set the time?

The new iPlane, doesnt have any touch screens? Look at the size of those buttons. I hear they're bringing out a new system called the iCrew too.
