CTC Cadet Programme

Hi all,

I am very interested to hear peoples experiences of the CTC Cadet Programme. It would be really handy if you could share the step by step process giving as much detail as possible about the process right from the selection through to training in Hamilton New Zealand etc.

It looks like a great programme, I have completed my application and subsequently been invited along for the tests / interview in Southampton.
