Just love this advert on an Australian website recently. :ok:Must have had there fill of Heavy's and Military guys in the past.
Aircraft Maintenance Centre
Requires an experienced engineer with the following licences:
• Airframe Group 1 & 5 a must, 6 & 10 an advantage
• Engines Group 1 & 3 PT6
• Proven Sheet metal skills an advantage
• E and I group 1 & 2 an advantage
• Any previous Rotary an advantage
• Caravan experience preferred
The successful candidate will understand the commercial side of job completion within set time frames, be outcome focussed, have the ability to oversee projects to completion, and provide weekly reports. Applicants must be highly motivated, have excellent skills in time management, customer relations and communication, have an interest in business development and bring a solid skills base to the company. This is a hands on position working in a small team. As work increases you may also be required to oversee an apprentice. Any military/heavy aircraft applicants must already have significant GA experience (in other words no coffee drinking seat warmers that talk too much).
Remuneration – Salary with bonuses depending on
skill and performance levels.
