Lan finally got his dream to enter the brazilian market,by buying 20% of Tam (the max allowed by brazilian law).
According to the news it will be the third biggest airline by stock market value.
The new group will be named Latam airlines,and they will operate independently like Airfrance -KLM.
220 aircraft 115 destinations and 40.000 employees.
