They will give you these details themselves before they invite you to the interview. You might also want to PM amiri01 as he has good and reliable information.
Assessment:
Intensive sim session, raw data flying, technical failures.
Before that you're doing the standard Interpersonal stuff: computer based psychometric tests (reaction, overview, maths, hand coordination, logic etc.) and basic ATPL knowledge.
Pay/conditions is in the job ad?
