FAA recognised Flight School Out Side USA

Hello All,
Warm regards from Soaring.High.Does any one know of any flight school out side USA (Europe/Asia/Africa) which is recognised by FAA and is eligible for Part 61/141 training?Does any one have a first hand experience of flying with any such school?Kindly provide me with some info.Thanks in advance.
