Disabled Passengers On Qantas

Hello peeps,

My mother is clearing off down under in January (can't wait) And she is fretting about what facilities or arrangments are made for disabled travellers, can anyone who either works for them or flys with them give me any info on it please?

The Qantas website should explain what procedures there are for passengers needing assistance and how to arrange it

It does, but it's a bit vague on her seating and the travel agent is vague to say the least.

Give Qantas a call. They are very good at taking care of disabled passengers. Tell her not to worry :ok:
