Anyone have any info about future DEC opportunities with flybe.

It aint happening. There's an inordinate amount of F/Os waiting for upgrade, the only real way of a DEC is if there is an exodus on a scale not previously seen. As ever though this is the aviation industry and anything is possible. If you have no previous command experience then there's more chance of seeing Haley's Comet before Christmas this year than a DEC.
