easy jet do not like servisair, but could be that the contract is up for renewall and they are tying to get the best price

Well, if that's true, then Easyjet get what they pay for. I would suspect that Servisair would only take on the contract at significantly more favourable terms than what Menzies are prepared to do it for. I think the days of handling agents cutting each others throat in a race to the bottom are coming to an end - I hope !

Handling contracts are all about three things

1) Price
2) Service quality
3) Relationships

As to the easyjet contract

1) I think the days of Servisair buying business are in the past
2) Menzies seem not to be delivering at Gatwick .... but then again neither are Easyjet !
3) Easyjet are in the process of recruiting a new head of ground services so the relationships might change

I don’t see Easyjet making any big changes until the new Head of Ground Services is on board.
