flying a desk in Qatar

I'm considering an office based ('manager' level) job working for Qatar based in Doha. Please can some members of the forum give me an idea of what the salary package looks like? Some information on here for crew, but I couldn't find anything for office based roles.

I asked the same question(s) when I went to QTR 5 years ago and got some very helpful replies. If you are going out as 'operational' staff, it may be better to be a bit more up front about the job.
