Can Etihad pilots jumpseat on EK flights out of the UK? (by that I mean sitting in the flight deck when the flight is full)

no cabin jumpseat on EK for EK pilots, let alone cockpit jumpseat.

suggest then to remove these seats to save weight and fuel and money ...
