Be aware that working as a pilot on a F2000 aircraft (s/n 27, reg.: B-8020, based in VHHH) for a company called Orient Aviation is at your own risk!

Expect not to be paid on time or maybe not at all, expect your expenses not to be refunded, expect to be fooled to pay for the hotel yourself and so on.

The one and only way of doing any work for them is being a contractor, getting a pre-paid roundtrip business class ticket (= change of reservation free of charge :ok:) and getting paid in advance to your bank account at home. Don't leave home without it! :=

Already a couple of guys from all over the world had to find out about this outfit the hard way... Don't ask me for names or details - I'm trying to help others avoiding to fall into a trap.

Is B-8020 still operated by Yalian Business Jet?
I believe that this company (reported early last year to be 46% owned by Shenzen Airlines) also operates A318CJ B-6186 and G200 B-8085; it could be interesting for our community to get more feedback about conditions there.

How much more feedback do you need? If what is said is true, it would sum them up, would it not?

Barge pole job it seems to me.

weido_salt, I asked about the potential difference and history between Orient Aviation / Yalian Business Jet and I would be pleased to get an answer.

Simply think about the next who will google "Orient Aviation" or "Yalian Business Jet"... He'd be luckier finding this thread containing sufficient information to help him make his opinion, wouldn't he be?

When I know, I feel better than when it seems to me :)

And I am not sorry :=
