I read that this is a copy of Antonov 26 aircraft. What are the operational characteristics of this Y-7H aircraft and are they currently available for ACMI lease?

An Asian Air Force with idling planes was touting their Y7s for ACMI ...
Just search - not sure if it is still on the 'for rental' list ..
