PBS in the US broadcast NOVA last night with the subject being the KLM/Pan Am crash in the Canary Islands. Initial broadcast was in 2006 (I think). Interviews with people involved. Was an interesting program. Hopefully the full program will be put up on the website soon, but anyone with a spare half hour or so can read the transcript from a link towards the bottom of the page here:
