In need of a little help

I would just like to thank the cabin crew member called Nicola on the Virgin flight 043 from Gatwick to Las-Vegas on the 2/7/10. She gave me some fantastic advice regarding the application process. Her name was Nicola from Hornchurch in Essex was 25 and had been working for Virgin since 2008. If anyone knows her surname or knows how i could go about thanking her, then it would be very much appreciated so i could write and thank her for the excellent advice.

I'm sure you can understand if people are a little reticent to give you details on how to contact a crew member directly. If Virgin won't reply I think you'll just have to leave it there.
