Assuming that all these guys doing endos on the A320 don't have a spare 35K in their back pocket. Who is lending them the money and is it a self education loan or just a personal loan?

If its for jetstar or virgin (737/E190) its not up front but salary scarfice over 3 years. I have heard tiger is money upfront though
