The adv is out, would appreciate if someone could shed light on the following :
1. Salary is 10k, with housing & 2 kids education allowance ( 3.9 + 2.8 ), the total comes to 16.7 k. On top of that how much more in terms of Flying Pay, Per Diem, MVC, 13th month plus bonuses if any ?
2. Heard that the flying is pretty low about 45-50 hrs so why are they hiring ? Any expansion or new type ?
3. If one has flown the 744 as an FO, but is not current & now applying for DEC would it count as Type Rated or would one have to sign a bond ?
4. What numbers are they looking at ? Is it an immediate requirement or spread over some time ?
5. Guess there would be a huge applicant pool so whats the selection process like ?
