Maintaining a C172M

I am considering purchasing a C172M. I was hoping someone here could give me some ideas of the cost to maintain?

Firstly a Annual if all good (which I guess is unllikely)

Secondly, 100 hourly if I have it online somewhere?

Lastly, As I understand several Lames have aircraft online. Can you give me an idea home much per hour you would receive dry?

Jim first off I would get a survey done on it, it will stop you getting hit by an unexpected bill early one, also how many hours a year would you plan to use it and in which country is it registered? reasoning is if it flies 50 hours a year then in UK the annual would fall with the 50 hr so only one check and therefore it would work out cheaper.

Also what hours are on the engine, are you intending to use it commercially or private? because in the UK that would affect engine life limits. Running costs ask also in the private pilots forum as they may well have better ideas if there are some owners online.
