Hey Guys,

I am having a tough time navigation the WPC Site for Indian RT permit application or how to go about doing the application.

I have my valid Canadian CPL, a valid Canadian Medical and a valid Canadian RT. I also hold FAA cpl me and cpl se with IFR Ratings and all are current. I do hold my cfi, cfii and mei license and have come down to india to apply for the Indian RT permit.

I need help on what to apply, how to apply. The information that I received was that where ever the next Indian Exam RT would be held, I wpuld have to apply it over there.

Please help

Thanks

I can provide you with some rough info about it.The application needs to be submitted at
Govt. of India,WPC Wing,COP Section,Department of Telecom,
619,Sanchar Bhawan,
20, Ashoka Road, New Delhi-110001.

You can find the application form for conversion of your foreign FRTOL in dis link
Examination (http://wpc.dot.gov.in/exam_cop.asp)

Just go down the list and click on New guidelines for conversion of Foreign FRTOLs.
I hope this helps.:ok:

Note:- There might be some change in rules now as this process was done by a friend of mine last year.
