I have browsed these threads for years, never posting till now but I can't fathom where we as a company are heading in respect to our COS...
I have been a member of the AOA since I began and I have been a member of various unions in the past...
The AOA has just sold out the FO's on the AUS "onshoring" deal...This is further degredation following the SLS / 65 fiasco and I expect little from the housing talks...Why are we in talks at all??? I thought we were to receive 25 yrs post the SLS deal (tounge in cheek)....with no change but wait for it....
I have said for years we must hire professionals within the AOA...I dont expect my fellow pilots to negotiate with cmpany professionals although I respect their effort....
If the company wont negotiate with these professionals then we stop talking to the CO full stop and implement necessary procedures...
Unfortunately as you all know we are too fractured as a pilot group..
This job will be worth 0 in years to come apart from a select few....
