That's amazing ! Amateur space-thingy watchers have worked out this thing could be used for recce', or knobbling other satellites...I hope the U.S.Military are reading,they must have been wondering what to do with it.
Of possibly more interest to the anti-military 'one earth'-nuts mentioned is the other project quietly launched the same day, though it did make The Times, which sounds rather useful; 'Rod from God' is I think the nickname...
