Remember the spat with Ryanair and BALPA recently on union recognition. BALPA didn’t agree with the result of a ballot that went against them. BALPA then issued legal action in the High Court against Ryanair, something to do with type rating. Latest at Stansted is that BALPA’s case has been thrown out by the High Court.
Where to next?
I heard that BALPA now cant have a go at FR for another 3 years - a sickening thought – any one heard anything different?
