ANA Dash 8

What is the deal with these guys?! They are CONSTANTLY advertising through CReW. Is there so much demand from passengers to fly the Dash 8 around Japan that they're experiencing explosive growth?!?! Do guys get there and jump ship at the first opportunity? Or maybe they wash a lot of guys out of their reputedly anally-retentive training.

It seems a bit odd. Can anyone illuminate me?

I was thinking maybe the selection and retention criteria is pretty stringent

And if I know anything about the Japanese - and I DO - they're probably looking for astronauts and test pilots to fly their Dash 8 Warp-drive Interstellar Transports.
