Cityjet/FTE cadet scheme

It looks like there is a new cadet scheme to open soon, with training at FTE:

Unfortunately one of the requirements is being able to fund the full cost of the course, so no financial help it seems.

Cityjet started a similar project with CTC not too far back. For some reason they decided they no longer wanted CTC cadets and left all the cadets they did pre-select hanging dry, no job at the end.

I'd be sceptical to say the least.
