CLASS1 BLOOD EXTRACTION

Since the introduction of JAR. medicals, it seems we are all now expected to offer blood at every medical. I have long since had a problem with this due to a phobia. Im thinking of trying hypnotherapy, but does anyone else have a similar problem, or any other ideas on how to tackle this one?
