crm group interview

hi
i'm going to attend an interview with a step based on a group crm evaluation.
Any suggestion on that subject.
Being yourself is the obvious approach, but do you know some tip on this item.

CRM group interview could be used to assess NOTECH skills including:

- Positive team interaction.
- Communication skills including conflict handling.
- Leadership/followship qualities.
- Crisis management handling including diagnosis, option generation, risk assessment & decision-making.

Effectively realised NOTECH skills in a simulated multi-crew environment. The structure and nature of the interview will vary from company to company so it would useful if you were to let us know who you are doing the interview with.... :ok:

Sorry Ulisse but I dont have any experience of Air Asia so cant advise you what to expect. Have you done a search on PPRune yet?

If you have done a search and cant find anything then bear in mind some of your experiences relating to the above points and at least that will give you an idea and provide some initial direction. :ok:
