since the general, Valatim Amoes died in the KA200 crash a few years ago, all gira globo aviation came to a stand still. some aircraft are being flown to Eros for maintenance (I think still), but the daughter of the late general, Lydia capepe Amoes is/was trying to revive the airwing. does not look if it is going to happen soon. there were rumours that they tried to integrate the airwing with Sonair, BUT, rumours, so no fact confirmation on this. this was also nearly 2 years ago.
