Expect exruciating exams by big guys with rubber gloves and masks, huge syringes and invasive questions about how many dodgy women you've slept with.. ;)
In reality, the only nasty bit is when you hand over the £400. I found the staff pleasant and helpful (some damn attractive nurses (female, that is)). Only moderately unpleasant part is the blood test but it's only one small prick as they say...I wouldn't worry.
