Flying Bird is a GIE (Groupement d'Intérêt Economique) which operated a Falcon 10, F-GHDX on behalf of Doux, Europe largest poultry producer (I don't know of any other aircraft).
The aircraft is still on the french DGAC registry:
Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile (http://www.immat.aviation-civile.gouv.fr/immat/servlet/aeronef_juridique.html?CTRL_ID=3488_fde0fc05&CTX=18zl6S8XF8XHOh2SSv6cfCApj00LpSW0HQc5sOIvrT6biBaXXSsXDON0 51zh1mnPWqGC00aO02cnlOMH6OMDqRt9900bqQ79bSsXlR6HuS3z00000000 CTmW0000G00000NG01aHFKrz9H7Do015gONPXBcnXRcSkIMvqPMTbSXBYeAJ tWOSu0W01IG05Tc5iTMLuSW0GQc5sOIviOMvdBavrRM9bSeQibHqBbE2B0W0 0U7000556U000)

Aircraft is listed for sale here:
1979 Falcon 10 s/n 140 (http://www.boutsen.com/79_falcon10_sn140/79_falcon10_sn140.html)

I met the crew twice, nice people I can say. I hope they found a new job.
