Does anyone know if it is possible to renew a class 3 FAA medical in Dublin....if so where, and what's the name of the doctor.

yes the doctor you're looking for is Dr. Colm Killean at Mountjoy square. An AME and is able to conduct FAA aviation medicals (Class 1, 2 & 3).
