Restrictions Digitally.. I Dont Want The Aip .. I Am Looking
At Fir Wise Route Restriction Which Can Be Used For Flight
Planning..

There Are Flight Planning System Like Jepps/lido/fwz Which Key All These Restrictions But They Do Not Provide It Without
Taking The System..

Don't know about worldwide, in Europe the Eurocontrol RAD site has all the known restrictions, it updates monthly on AIRAC dates.
